I love being a Realtor! In today's world, more than ever, the frequent changes in the Real Estate market and banking affect both Buyer and Seller. It can be tough at times to reach your goals and dreams.

My name is Kathryn Beach Johnson and I was born & raised in Dallas, TX. Upon finishing my schooling my husband and I moved to Northern CA. After a number of years we returned to Dallas and raised 3 sons. During this time I enjoyed a 10 yr. career as manager/buyer of a successful Bookstore/gift shop in Dallas. In 1999, we moved to Grand Rapids, Minnesota where I became a Realtor. My Real Estate career grew into a Multi Million dollar business.

After many years in MN I returned to my home state and the beautiful Fredericksburg Hill Country. The Texas Hill Country is the place to be. The Fredericksburg area is steeped in history, with its' strong people, churches, businesses, schools (primary and secondary), private hospital, library, rugged terrain, big open skies, mild temps... making this an excellent and welcoming community in which to live.
