Nancy Doyle, Sales Associate
Being a native Houstonian has allowed Nancy the privilege of seeing the Hill Country with a new vision of nature at its best. She acquired a real estate license in 1994 after moving to make Fredericksburg her home. She also has a formal education in art and design. After all these years in the Hill Country, Nancy still finds herself in awe each time she drives through the countryside. She studied under Floyd Wickman and loves real estate, but most of all enjoys meeting and working with people.
As a multi-million producer, Nancy is also very active in the community and truly believes in the preservation of this community and its history. She has served on the Gillespie County Historical Society Board and remains an active supporter.
She loves the variety of historic homes that can be found here and has restored three of them. What a pleasure and fun that has been for her. It gave Nancy an opportunity to work with architects, craftsmen and the Historical Review Board to see how the whole process works. This has been so instrumental in acquainting the knowledge of the process to share with others she works with and assist them when they want to purchase or sell homes in the Historic Areas.
Moving to Fredericksburg was one of the best decisions Nancy has ever made. Being raised in the inner city of Houston, she feels that doesn’t hold a candle near to Fredericksburg’s beauty and charm!
